The brand new Touch of Italy IV in Ocean City is open at the oceanfront Holiday Inn at 67th St. in Ocean City, Md. To celebrate the occasion, co-owner and executive chef Ciro Verdi created his famous breakfast pizzas for a standing-room only crowd early in the morning of Thursday 6/26 during a live radio broadcast to celebrate the occasion. A good time was had by all.
Touch of Italy has not only recreated the successful salumeria/pasticceria concept in what used to be the Reflections restaurant, but will also handle the catering/banquet facilities and pool bars for the complex. Touch of Italy IV follow closely in the footsteps of the always-on-a-wait Touch of Italy III in Shore Plaza in Rehoboth Beach and the cozy Touch of Italy II in Lewes.
