Sea Glass Bistro has opened in the old Eden spot on the ocean block of Baltimore Avenue, directly across the street from Cafe Azafran.
Interestingly, the building (that housed Pizza by Elizabeth's many years ago) was originally rumored to be demolished to make room for the expansion of the Atlantic Sands Hotel. The restaurant is now part of the Atlantic Sands brand and will make a nice addition to the hotel's formerly limited dining options. We suspect the old Camel's Hump/JAM Bistro building next door (closer to the main hotel building) will succumb to the hotel's expansion.
My spies suggest the Oyster Stew, the Beach Bistro Salad and the Duck Confit Hash Browns. The Drunken Pork Belly Noodles are also drawing attention.
