After 24 successful years of building a VERY loyal Bethany Beach following, the talented Dana Banks is handing over the reins of her cozy and perpetually perfect little restaurant to trusted employees. She has singlehandedly cooked all the food (and delivered it when not terribly busy) for many, many years. I think this story is best told by Dana herself in the social media post she published a few days ago:
“We have been very busy making improvements, most you won’t see. Re-open April 1 [2021] under the leadership of Todor & Viktoryia Gogov. Todor has been working at The Parkway as a Bartender for the past 3 years and Viktoryia was previously employed by Mio Fratellos. Please welcome them as they begin a new journey and The Parkway-Chapter Two. The kitchen will be headed by Stanislav Lipnitskiy as executive chef. I will be stepping down from day to day operations and no longer cooking. Please welcome and support the new team. Thank you for the past 24 years and hopefully 24 more.
