The relatively recent 302 The Local, formerly Chaps Pit Beef at 19819 Coastal Hwy. (and still owned by several of the Chaps partners) has rebranded itself as The Local Bootlegging Co. The spot has a Prohibition feel, with entrees such as The Dillinger, the Lucky Luciano and Prohibition Fries. I've gotten a lot of good feedback on their burgers, specialty cocktails and chicken sandwiches. They're directly behind the old Iron Hill Brewery next to Tanger Seaside.
