At the end of February 2026, Grandpa Mac on Coastal Highway will close after 10 years of creative mac & cheeses, salads, sammiches, soups and all-around friendliness. It's unclear whether they will be opening another location, but at the moment, grab your fave M&C before the end of February!
Word on the street is that Kathryn and James of the also-closing Palm Beach Grill in Midway will open their original concept, ‘First State Corn & More' in the old Grandpa Mac location.
Will they still have a food truck?
Sad day! Wonderful pasta and fun sauces. One of the most talented chefs in Delaware!!
Hopefully we will see Chef Hari in new adventures! A pasta gem.
