Join me, along with 5 great chefs, 5 great brewers and the Meals on Wheels Lewes-Rehoboth team on Wednesday, April 26 for an Escoffier-style dinner at Fish On! What's Escoffier, you might ask (please ask – we want you to come to the dinner!)? Each chef must make something that he or she has NEVER made commercially or for the public, i.e., TOTALLY off-menu. If last year's sold-out dinner is any indication, it will be an amazing success. Each course will be paired with a chef-selected brew from one of our local breweries, including Mispillion River, Big Oyster, Revelation, Dewey Beer Company and Crooked Hammock.
