In the final chapter of the Atlantic Sands Hotel expansion, the iconic Eden Restaurant on Baltimore Avenue (where Pizza by Elizabeths used to be many years ago) will move into the old Red, White & Basil space on Coastal Highway where (if you can remember back that far) the now-gone Gelato Gal was located. Additionally, JAM Bistro, which recently moved from Baltimore Avenue into the old Papa Grande spot at 2nd & Wilmington (remember Chez la Mer many years ago?) will take over the old Coho's location at Sussex St. & The Avenue (where the old High's was many years ago). JAM, Eden, Coho's and Red White & Basil are all owned by JAM Holdings.
True Rehoboth Foodies will remember that Eden was originally opened by the late Rob Stitt as an expansion of Mimi's Fruit Bowl, his parents' original spot on Rehoboth Avenue.
