Word on the street is that Iron Hill Brewery will return from the dead (well, OK, Chapter 7 bankruptcy) under the ownership of Ciao Hospitality. Several of the old Iron Hill locations will reopen as Three Notch'd Breweries (local to Virginia). The remaining locations might or might not open under that name. Apparently the new owners were the owners of the financially troubles Famous Daves BBQ brand.
