Hari Cameron's talented sous chef whipped up a sous vide-poached farm egg over Carolina rice topped with a tomato salad featuring summer savory and daikon radish. It was sprinkled with bachelor's button flowers.
The creative, custard-like bite was followed by a dessert course featuring lemon, flash-frozen in LN2, and shattered with chamomile gel and habanero honey. It was tart, warming and delicious; not unlike your Foodie, in fact.
