Eat Rehoboth – It’s Good For You!

/ Updated on August 6, 2014

The dish in the photo was the first course served to tour guests on Sunday, Aug. 3 by Chandler Schultz at a(MUSE.). Hari Cameron's talented sous chef whipped up a sous vide-poached farm egg over Carolina rice topped with a tomato salad featuring summer savory and daikon radish. It was sprinkled with bachelor's button flowers.

The creative, custard-like bite was followed by a dessert course featuring lemon, flash-frozen in LN2, and shattered with chamomile gel and habanero honey. It was tart, warming and delicious; not unlike your Foodie, in fact.

About the Author

"My goal is to promote Rehoboth Beach dining while remaining honest and impartial. I don’t gush unless a place deserves it, and I don’t pull punches, either. With so many good places to eat around here, it just doesn’t make sense to waste the calories — or the money — on anything less." View all articles written by The Rehoboth Foodie
