Gate House of Lewes

/ Updated on June 20, 2014

Along with their sons Wilson and Taylor, Gretchen and Chip Gates bring over 60 years of combined culinary experience to the Gate House of Lewes, which recently opened in the original Cafe Azafran spot at 109 Market St. near Half-Full. Dinner entrées include dry-aged prime beef, duck and lamb. Word on the street is that the garlic lemon kale salad is a must-get.

Gate House is already open for lunch Fri-Sun from 11-3 and dinner is served Tuesdays through Sundays from 5 – 10. Summer seats in the cozy herb garden promise to be prime Lewes real estate! 302-313-5912. Check out their website here.
