Well, you heard it first from The Rehoboth Foodie, kids! Rehoboth's longtime Zebra restaurant has indeed closed its doors forever. But take heart: The location will light up yet again in early 2019 with a brand new concept and name headed up by longtime entrepreneur and restaurateur Greg Talcott. In addition to his restaurants in Washington, D.C., Greg opened Third Edition restaurant (where Stingray is now) in 1999, as well has Redfin Seafood Grill in Bethany Beach, which is now Bluecoast Bethany.
The Rehoboth Foodie will keep you informed as plans develop for that great venue that hosted Zebra for so many years.
I just saw this – we were so looking forward to Zebra opening in the spring! What a loss for Rehoboth š
We have a gift certificate for Zebra. Do you know if the new establishment will be honoring it?? It is for $50.00. Thank you.
I don’t know that. It will be new owners not associated with Zebra. I suggest you give the new restaurant a call when they open. You never know…
So sorry to hear this . . . It was my favorite restaurant at the beach and always celebrated our anniversary there, as well as, holiday dinners.
We will miss this restaurant, food, and staff tremendously. We have built a caring relationship with Roberto and Kathy. We drive many times a year from Lititz, PA to eat at this restaurant, While there are many great restaurants in this awesome town – Zebra is in a class all by itself. You will be missed my friends.
