Matt Kern Gets Beard Nod

Lewes’ Heirloom Restaurant Executive Chef Matt Kern has qualified as a semifinalist for the prestigious James Beard Award. He joins other recent nominees including Hari Cameron from a(MUSE.), Dogfish Head founder Sam Calagione and the bar program at Chesapeake & Maine restaurant.
