The 2nd Annual Top Chef of the Culinary Coast competition has just ended, and it was a sellout crowd! The ticketholders tasted, tasted again and voted! And the winners of the event are:

Best Reinvention of a Delmarva Tradition: Chef Matt Kern, Salt Air

Best Use of Ingredients: Chef Jason Dietterick, Bluecoast Seafood Grill

Food We Couldn’t Live Without AND Top Chef: Chef Mike Clampitt, Po’Boys Creole & Fresh Catch.

Every participating chef was less than 10 votes away from winning. It was an incredibly close race!
