The relatively new Heirloom restaurant in Lewes has certainly hit the ground running with upscale wine dinners. Like Heirloom itself, it's all about the little things, and with the value-added of having Chef Matt Kern address the group (he's a natural speaker), to his obvious delight at being able to treat his guests to off-menu creations, to the delightful goodie-filled swag bags, Heirloom's wine dinners are something to be sipped and savored.
